How would I bill for these procedures?

The technique commonly
involves a St Mark’s electrode being applied
over the gloved finger of the examiner who then
digitally (with the finger) and electrically stimulates
the pudendal nerve in the rectal vault and
records a response electrically from the external
anal sphincter.
