Radiation Oncology: Stereotactic Radiosurgery and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy
The Radiation Oncology subsection has been updated to include a new section
titled Stereotactic Radiation Treatment Delivery that includes three new codes: 77371,
77372, and 77373. New code 77435 has been added also to the Radiation Treatment
Management section. As a result of these updates, the following two CPT Category III
codes and a HCPCS level II code previously used for stereotactic body radiation
therapy and stereotactic radiosurgery have been deleted:
