For the first three months of 2014, your Medicare physician conversion factor (CF) will increase 5.3%, CMS announced in an email Dec. 27. The conversion factor is $35.8228 starting Jan. 1, compared with $34.0230 in 2013. The new anesthesia conversion factor is set at $22.6765.
