Medicaid: New York Plan Could Set National Trend

State passes very fashionable Medicaid proposal.An influential Medicaid reform plan in the Empire State could provide the blueprint for inevitable program changes in all 50 states.The Department of Health And Human Services Secretary Mike Leavitt has given the government's stamp of approval on a Medicaid reform proposal outlined by New York Governor George Pataki.
