Continue neuro checks, Lexapro and Abilify.” The Index to Diseases under the terms “delirium, due to, general medical condition” directs to code F05, Delirium due to known physiological condition. However, this code assignment does not appear accurate. What is the appropriate code assignment for delirium of unknown etiology?
