Scrub-A-Claim is available on an account-basis starting at $25/month or $250/year if purchased annually. Up to 250 claims may be scrubbed each month. If you need to scrub more than 250 claims, we got you covered! Additional claims are charged on a per-claim basis according to the schedule below:
