Additional 2014 HCPCS code changes for certain drugs, biologicals and radiopharmaceuticals

Several temporary HCPCS C-codes were deleted on December 31, 2014, and replaced with permanent HCPCS codes that became effective January 1, 2014. In addition, many HCPCS and CPT codes for drugs, biologicals and radiopharmaceuticals underwent changes as well in their HCPCS and CPT code descriptors. These changes also were effective for CY 2014.
