Additions and deletions to 2005 ambulatory surgical center (ASC) HCPCS
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has updated the ASC HCPCS codes list to reflect ASC procedures added and deleted from the Medicare-approved ASC procedures list, as outlined in an interim final rule in the May 4, 2005 Federal Register (70 CFR 23690). Additions and deletions are effective for services provided on or after July 1, 2005.
