Catheter Ablation to Treat Atrial Fibrillation

A patient was seen for catheter ablation due to symptomatic atrial fibrillation. A diagnostic intracardiac electrophysiology study (EPS) with mapping and isolation of the four pulmonary veins was performed. Lesions were delivered by radiofrequency to the carina and anterior to the left superior pulmonary vein. The left inferior pulmonary vein, right superior and right inferior pulmonary veins were then isolated with entrance and exit blocks. Please advise us on how to code this procedure since it is the area around the pulmonary vein that is ablated, and not the actual pulmonary vein.  ...
