CPT code 75774 (vessels versus branches of vessels)

Can you please help us clarify the appropriate use of CPT code 75774, Angiography, selective, each additional vessel studied after basic examination, radiological supervision and interpretation, as it pertains to vessels versus branches of vessels. Should this code be reported for each separately named vessel that is selectively catheterized and imaged? Or, can we also report this code for each selectively catheterized branch of a vessel? For example, if a physician selectively catheterizes the celiac artery and performs diagnostic angiography (CPT code 75726) and then advances the catheter and selectively catheterizes and performs diagnostic angiography of the right hepatic artery, left hepatic artery AND two BRANCHES of the right hepatic artery, would it be appropriate to also report CPT code 75774 for each of the two branches of the right hepatic artery that are selectively catheterized and imaged, in addition to the left and right hepatic artery catheterization?   ...
