The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) deleted HCPCS code C9448, Netupitant 300 mg and palonestron 0.5 mg, oral, on June 30, 2015. HCPCS code C9448 was replaced with HCPCS code Q9978, Netupitant 300 mg and Palonestron 0.5 mg, oral. As of July 1, 2015, HCPCS code Q9978 became effective for the reporting of services. ...
