In the May-June 1987 issue of Coding Clinic, page 11, there is a statement that two codes are necessary to identify a diagnostic cardiac catheterization followed by a coronary angiogram. The question now asked is how many codes are assigned if a diagnostic cardiac catheterization with a left ventriculogram and a coronary angiogram using Judkin's technique were performed?
