Excision and debridement, left hip with flap closure

A paraplegic female has suffered from a non-healing wound and fistulous tract on the left hip. She presents for debridement and excision of the fistulous tract. The wound was prepped exposing the left hip and the pressure ulcer was then cleansed. A probe was passed into the fistulous tract and the wound was opened. Necrotic tissue was excised via scalpel and the bleeding was controlled. Flaps were developed anteriorly and posteriorly to the incision. Sutures were utilized to close the deeper layers of subcutaneous tissue and more superficial layers. Would the flaps created be reported separately or be inherent with the repair/closure? ...
