HCPCS code changes for certain drugs, biologicals and radiopharmaceuticals

Effective July 1, 2016, new HCPCS Q codes will be replacing a couple of HCPCS C codes for the reporting of certain drugs, biologicals, and radiopharmaceuticals. The HCPCS C codes and the new HCPCS Q codes are listed in the table below.
