Infusion versus intravenous push

We would like clarification regarding the option of reporting a push code when an infusion runs short of 31 minutes. For example: During an encounter a patient receives Ceftriaxone (Rocephin) 1 g in sodium chloride 0.9% 100 ml IVBP 200 ml/hr. Start time 18:04 / Stop time 19:34. The time equals 1 hour and 30 minutes. We assigned CPT code 96365, Intravenous infusion, for therapy, prophylaxis, or diagnosis; for the initial hour of infusion. However, we are unable to report CPT code 96366, Intravenous infusion, for therapy, prophylaxis, or diagnosis; each additional hour, because the infusion only lasted an additional increment of 30 minutes. Since the additional increment is less than 31 minutes, would it be appropriate to report a push code in this instance? ...
