Labial Laceration

The patient is 3 weeks status post vaginal home delivery. She suffered a right labial laceration as a result of this delivery. She now presents to have the 1 cm laceration repaired. Local anesthesia was administered, the tissue edges were freshened, and the vulvar skin at the base was opened creating a good area for the repair. Suture of a deep layer was utilized to remove tension from the skin edges. An additional suture was utilized to reapproximate the skin edges laterally to the labial edge and inferiorly to the vaginal mucosal edges. There was good hemostasis and the patient tolerated the procedure. Since this was a home delivery and the laceration is 3 weeks old, would CPT code 59300 be the correct code for the procedure performed? ...
