Lingual Tonsillectomy, Tongue Base Excision and Epiglottopexy

A patient diagnosed with recurrent airway obstruction secondary to prolapsing epiglottis underwent surgical repair. The provider performed an endoscopic lingual tonsillectomy and tongue base excision before taking the tongue off suspension. Epiglottopexy was then performed by laryngoscope anchoring both sides of the epiglottis to the tongue base. Are separate codes assigned for the lingual tonsillectomy, tongue base excision and laryngoscopy performed with the epiglottopexy?
