New CPT codes for Proprietary Laboratory Analyses (PLA)

There are several new Proprietary Laboratory Analyses (PLA) codes established by the American Medical Association (AMA) that are now available for reporting. These new PLA codes, their code descriptors and effective dates, are listed in the table below.
