Nipple Delay

A patient presents for bilateral breast dissection, nipple delay and subareolar biopsies. Based on the operative report, an incision was made, in the right inframammary fold, at the site of the breast reduction. The incision was carried down, through the skin and subcutaneous tissue. Flaps were then made towards the subareolar area and in addition subareolar biopsies were performed. The dissection was performed beyond the nipple areolar complex.
