Nonexcisional Pulsed Lavage Debridement

Coding Clinic, Third Quarter 2015, page 6, states that pulsed lavage is used for debridement of bone and tissue and that this type of debridement is coded as nonexcisional. Therefore, the correct root operation is “extraction,” however, there is no body part value for bone under the root operation “extraction.” Please clarify how this example should be coded. ...
