Overweight

According to data from the National Center for Health Statistics, 30 percent or over 6 million adults 20 years of age and older in the United States are obese. Over 9 million, or 16 percent of children and teens age 6 to 19 years are overweight. Being overweight or obese increases the risk of many diseases and health conditions.
