Percutaneous tenotomy

Patient presents for treatment of the right torn patellar tendon via percutaneous tenotomy. After ultrasound examination of the quadriceps tendon was performed, local anesthesia was administered. The knee area was knicked with a blade to provide access for the aspirator tip. Ultrasound guidance was utilized for placement of the aspirator tip. The area of the tendon tear was visualized and saved to the computer for future reference. Cutting and aspiration to the quadriceps tendon was performed. Several calcifications were also removed. What are the correct codes for the percutaneous tenotomy and or fasciotomy also called the Tenex FAST procedure? Would this be considered an arthroscopic procedure? ...
