Peroneal Artery to Dorsalis Pedis Artery Bypass Using Saphenous Vein Graft
The patient had significant peripheral vascular disease at the tibial level. A right peroneal artery to dorsalis pedis artery bypass with contralateral reversed left greater saphenous vein graft was performed. The saphenous vein graft was sewn into the peroneal artery in a reversed end-to-side manner, tunneled and brought out adjacent to the dorsalis pedis artery where it was cut to the appropriate length and anastomosed.
