Posterior Malleolus and Medial Malleolus Fractures

The patient had a closed fracture of the posterior malleolus and medial malleolus. Would this be coded as a bimalleolar fracture (824.4)? Does code 824.4, Fracture of ankle, bimalleolar, closed, only refer to fractures described by the provider as bimalleolar (meaning both the medial and lateral), or can it be used when two malleoli are involved such as the posterior and medial without documentation of “bimalleolar?” ...
