Reconstruction of Mandible Using Titanium and Bone

A patient presented with cancer of the left anterior floor of the mouth and mandible. During a complex reconstruction of the floor of the mouth, ventral tongue and alveolar ridge with flap, the left mandible was reconstructed with a titanium bone plate. Bone was harvested from the right fibula and fixed to the reconstruction plate.
