Regional block with general anesthesia

A patient was admitted for ACL reconstruction. According to the documentation, general anesthesia with a regional block was administered. Can the regional block administered with the general anesthesia be separately reported? It appears that additional regional blocks were also administered. Based on the documentation submitted in the Regional Block and Pain Management Record, would it be appropriate to report both the regional blocks with the general anesthesia? ...
