Reinforcement of breast pocket

A patient is seen for revision of a reconstructed left breast. The breast implant found to be upside down within the breast pocket was removed. Irrigation of the pocket and extensive capsulotomies were performed in addition to multiple scorings. An adjacent tissue transfer, which included skin, subcutaneous tissue, and capsule was performed to reinforce the oversized breast pocket and to prevent the rotation of the breast implant. What is the correct CPT code for the adjacent tissue transfer performed to reinforce the breast pocket?  Would the tissue transfer be included in the CPT code for the capsulectomy and not separately reported? ...
