Repair of corneal perforation with cataract extraction

A microscopic examination revealed a cataractous lens, a ruptured anterior capsule and a corneal perforation in the right eye. Patient presents for cataract removal and repair of the corneal perforation. The cataract was successfully removed via phacoemulsification with lens implanted. The corneal perforation was debrided and irrigated and a contact lens bandage was placed. The patient tolerated the procedure well. What are the correct CPT codes for the procedures performed?
