Patient presents to have resection of the uvula and soft palate with reconstruction. The uvula tip was pulled and V-shaped incisions were made at the center distal soft palate and also around the uvula. The mucosal and submucosal layers, created by the V-shaped incisions were elevated and isolated off the uvula and soft palate, which in turn were the flaps utilized for the repair and reconstruction of the area of the uvula and soft palate.
