Spermatocele and hydrocele repair

Patient with history of spermatocele and hydrocele repair, presents with pain, swelling, and a large mass in the left hemiscrotum. A 10-12 cm scrotal hematoma and necrotic skin measuring 1cm x 8cm was excised from the previous incision and clot material evacuated from the scrotal space. Devascularized tissue in the subcutaneous scrotal space and cavity were additionally excised and debrided. A drain was sutured and placed medially/laterally to the testicle. Further debridement was performed and the scrotal wall was closed. Would CPT codes 54700 and 55150 be appropriate for the procedures performed? Or would only CPT code 11004 be the appropriate code to report?  ...
