A patient with moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma status post right upper lobectomy presents due to enlarging mediastinal nodes and planned bronchoscopy with fine needle aspiration of the lymph nodes. An endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) scope was introduced and the one abnormal lymph node was visualized and was suspicious for malignancy.
