Update - ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting and ICD-10 Code Set Freeze

There are no new/revised ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes, or changes to the ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting for fiscal year (FY) 2016, because of the partial code set freeze in preparation of ICD-10 implementation.
