Hospitals should report HCPCS code C9275, Injection, Hexaminolevulinate Hydrochloride, 100 mg, per study dose, for cystoscopy procedures utilizing Cysview®. For accurate reporting HCPCS code C9275 should be reported in addition to the cystoscopy procedure on a separate claim line from the cystoscopy procedure code to ensure consistent reporting outcomes.
