Webinar: EHRs and Templates: The good, the bad, and the "are you kidding me?"

In this webinar, the presenter reviews an Evaluation and Management note that was coded by a provider, then scored by an auditor following the CMS 1995 and 1997 Evaluation and Management Guidelines. Information is presented on how the provider evaluated the report to score it compared to how the auditor reviewed the report. Additionally, the presenter addresses issues that arise due to the way in which the EHR was used to create the report.
