This spreadsheet file can be used to reconcile patient charges. It provides a 2nd sheet which lists all the codes, descriptions and Medicare fees you have in your current code list. When you enter a code in the "Code" column of the first sheet, the code's description and Medicare Allowed amount will automatically appear in their respective columns.

When you click on the link the spreadsheet file will download as an XML file which can be read by Excel 2003 and newer versions. After opening in Excel, you may save the file in your preferred format.

You may get a warning from your browser when you download the spreadsheet and it may open up in read-only mode initially.

This CSV file can be opened in Excel or other spreadsheet programs. But be aware that some codes will have "0" digits removed from the beginning or ending of the code value.

For example, ICD-9 code "001.0" may appear as "1".
