Changes in the reporting status for several HCPCS codes
for several HCPCS codes HCPCS code G0377, Administration of vaccine for Part D drug, is no longer reportable by hospitals under the OPPS, as this service is covered under the Part D benefit as of January 1, 2008.
This change was implemented in the April 2008 I/OCE.
