Question
Should code 15342 be reported two times when bilaminate skin grafts are applied to two different sites? Is it also appropriate to report codes 15350 and/or 15400 more than one time when allografts and/or xenografts are applied to different sites?

From a CPT coding perspective, code 15342, Application of bilaminate skin substitute/neodermis; 25 sq cm, should be reported for the total body surface area involved and should not to be reported per wound site. If, for example, bilaminate skin grafts are applied...
