A patient with a history of excision of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the right parotid presents to the surgeon for reconstruction. The surgeon initially harvests a fascial free flap, where the fascia, cutaneous, and skin was acquired from the patients anterior lateral thigh. . The surgeon aggressively trims down the extra fat, fascia, and the skin paddle. It was basically a fat and fascia free flap by the time we inset it, although it was harvested as a fasciocutaneous free flap. This flap was then placed under an advancement flap of skin and microvasculature anastomosis was accomplished. What would be the appropriate CPT code to report?
