I received the recording portion of a nerve conduction test 95900 (DELETED IN 2013), Nerve conduction, amplitude and latency/velocity study, each nerve; motor, without F-wave study, from an allied health professional for diagnostic interpretation. What code is reported by the physician who provides the diagnostic interpretation? What about the other codes in the Routine Electromyography and Nerve Conduction Tests section (codes 95860-95904 [DELETED IN 2013])?
