Q&A: See unlisted code for AIN to ulnar nerve transfer procedures

Question: Our hand surgeon performed an anterior interosseous nerve (AIN) to ulnar motor nerve transfer. I can’t find a CPT code that describes this surgery. The closest would be CPT codes 64905 and 64856. Can you help?
