Accessing federal guidance, researching advice, and investigating the nitty gritty of healthcare compliance can be daunting. Keeping in step with other federal changes that aim to make information gathering easier and more secure, the HHS Office of Inspector General (OIG) has updated its online resources to assist providers seeking answers.
The new Compliance Resource Portal opens with a single page that "links to handy resources for the public that can help ensure that you are in compliance with Federal health care laws," indicates OIG.
