Reminder: Rumblings of the PHE ending sooner rather than later are widespread among law- and policymakers. Plus, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services already started to roll back certain waivers for skilled nursing facilities, inpatient hospice facilities, and long-term care facilities (see Medicare Compliance & Reimbursement, Vol. 48, No. 8).
