How do I view the Medicare Articles and LCDs pertaining to a code?

Once you have located a code and are viewing the code details page, open the "Medicare Policies & Guidelines" section.  You then have the option of viewing Articles and LCDs for all contractors (nationwide) or by state/location.  Articles and LCDs are grouped by type and status (Active, Draft, Suspended/Retired).  Links to the actual Article or LCD are also available going to either the Find-A-Code display or directly to the CMS page.

You can also go to the Medicare Contractor page or NCD List page to see Articles, LCDs and NCDs.  Select "info" from the top menu, then the "medicare & medicaid" submenu, and either the "LCDs and Articles by Contractor" or "NDCs National Coverage" links:
