Employee Confidentiality Agreement
A signed Employee Confidentiality Agreement protects all employees including owners, students, agents and contractors. This agreement lists the terms all employees agree to and the consequences if an employee fails to comply with those terms. This includes any provisions of the agreement that do NOT end when employment is terminated.
