nameTrisomy 13, trisomy 18 or triploidy risk [Likelihood] in Plasma cell-free+WBC DNA by calculation
descriptionThe combined fetal trisomy 13+trisomy 18+triploidy risk value is calculated in cases where the SNP-based noninvasive prenatal test did not return a result due to low fetal fraction (FF) or the inability to make a high-confidence call. FF is known to be lower in cases of trisomy 13, trisomy 18 and digynic (maternal) triploidy, but not all cases of low FF is due to aneuploidy. Combined risk calculations may include the FF value, gestational age (GA), maternal weight (MW) and prior risk data to determine the overall risk. [PMID: 30014528]

timePt  =  Point in time:  To identify measures at a point in time. This is a synonym for “spot” or “random” as applied to urine measurements.
systemWBC.DNA+Plas.cfDNA
scaleQn  =  Quantitative:  The result of the test is a numeric value that relates to a continuous numeric scale. Reported either as an integer, a ratio, a real number, or a range. The test result value may optionally contain a relational operator from the set {<=, <, >, >=}. Valid values for a quantitative test are of the form "7", "-7", "7.4", "-7.4", "7.8912", "0.125", "<10", "<10.15", ">12000", 1-10, 1:256
