Use this tool to assemble the codes and descriptions you will need to create a SuperBill as an Excel File.  You will be able to create multiple SuperBills.  They may be edited, copied and deleted.

Creating a SuperBill is as easy as 1-2-3

1: Enter SuperBill information (provider, clinic, taxonomy codes, etc.)

2: Enter your ABC/CPT Procedure and ICD-10-CM Diagnosis codes

As ABC Codes are entered you will be shown or prompted to pick relevant CPT/HCPCS codes.

The ABC Coding Manual supports reimbursement for non-physician health professionals and holistic doctors (there are over 2 million of you) who lack good descriptions of services in conventional medical code sets.  Using the Superbill Builder, we have automated the process of using ABC codes mapped to the codes required for billing insurers to help you justify the cost of your services AND also reduce your potential liability (fines for fraudulent billing can be as high as $10,000).
