Completion thyroidectomy

The patient underwent a previous left thyroidectomy lobectomy. The final pathology results showed papillary thyroid cancer. The patient now returns for a completion right thyroidectomy with central lymph node dissection. Since CPT code 60252, Thyroidectomy, total or subtotal for malignancy; with limited neck dissection, includes subtotal in the descriptor, would this be the appropriate code for the procedure performed? Or, would 60260, Thyroidectomy, removal of all remaining thyroid tissue following previous removal of a portion of thyroid and a code for the central lymph node dissection (38510, 38520 or 38999) both be reported? How would a completion right thyroidectomy with central lymph node dissection be correctly reported? ...
