A patient with single left ventricular (LV) dominant atrioventricular valve physiology, who is status post Fontan procedure, presented with moderate to severe atrioventricular valve regurgitation. After attempts to repair the valve, the regurgitation persisted and the decision was made to replace the atrioventricular (AV) valve.
