What’s new in reporting clinical brachytherapy?

Clinical brachytherapy Clinical brachytherapy is reported with CPT code range 77750 - 77799 and includes specific methods of administering radiation to affected areas of concern. There are different types or methods of brachytherapy (radiation therapy). The different methods and the CPT code ranges are listed below: Intracavitary brachytherapy (77761-77763), includes the insertion of a delivery device into a body cavity for example the vagina or uterus, or placed into the space following breast cancer surgery.
