Billing Dermal Filler Injections

When billing dermal filler injections, separate payment may be made under the OPPS and ASC payment systems for HCPCS G0429Dermal filler injection(s) for the treatment of facial lipodystrophy syndrome (lds) (e.g., as a result of highly active antiretroviral therapy).

Use in addition: Q2026Injection, radiesse, 0.1 ml, and Q2028 - Injection, sculptra, 0.5 mg

With a diagnosis of B20 - Human immunodeficiency virus [HIV] disease or E88.1 - Lipodystrophy, not elsewhere classified.
